Bob Swistock has extensive international experience in energy, automotive and information technology industries. Bob collaborates with his clients’ leaders to develop innovative solutions and results. He has 30+ years’ experience in mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies - both public and private - and financial expertise with IPO’s, public offerings and NYSE listings.
To effectively engage his clients and their management teams, Bob, in his previous roles, established operating procedures, profitability benchmarks, transfer pricing policies, budgeting and financial and regulatory controls. He has also directed all global banking, financing, financial and tax reporting, budgeting, governmental compliance, legal and contract review and global cash management.

Jessica Peterson, Advisor
Jessica Peterson is a Business Advisor and Founder of Seven Seasons Advisory with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen financial performance, improve operations, and build the systems needed for sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Jessica has advised and managed relationships with more than 600 commercial businesses across Southeast Michigan, partnering with business owners on financing, cash flow strategy, capital planning, and long-term growth. Her career was built within several of the nation's leading banking institutions, where she developed a deep understanding of how businesses are evaluated, financed, and positioned for long-term success.
Recognized for her expertise in business banking, Jessica was selected to educate business owners throughout Washtenaw and Wayne Counties on the financial disciplines and strategic practices that prepare organizations for sustainable growth and scalability.

David Swistock, CPA, MBA, CGMA
David Swistock is an accomplished, hands-on financial executive with nearly 25 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer across the recycling, used oil, steel, and medical device industries. He brings broad expertise in financial strategy, operational management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, business growth, acquisitions, divestitures, and lender negotiations.
David has extensive experience creating reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), handling payroll, supporting information technology functions, maintaining human resources, and transforming data into actionable business strategy. Throughout his career, he has supported the sale of businesses totaling $40 million, the purchase of businesses totaling $5.2 million, and the negotiation of bank loans ranging from $2 million to $5 million. He has also prepared and secured significant funding through PPP, SBA EIDL, and ERC programs, including PPP loans totaling $461,100, an SBA EIDL loan of $150,000, and ERC funding of $271,862. Known for guiding sound financial decision-making, David helps organizations strengthen performance, improve processes, and position themselves for long-term success.
